The nozzle is a device to obtain high energy and high speed of atomizing medium in atomization device, and it is also a key component which plays an important role in atomization efficiency and stability of atomization process. Its function is to control the flow rate and flow pattern of atomizing medium. The atomizer is actually a converter, which converts the kinetic energy of the high pressure gas into the energy of the metal surface. The nozzles are made of high strength titanium alloy and other proprietary metals, making them particularly resistant to chemical corrosion and providing superior acoustic performance.
